Welcome to Norma North America |
When Edouard Sezionale first met Norbert Santos in 1999 an idea was born to launch a construction and long-term development project of a prototype sports car capable of competing not only at Daytona and Sebring but also at Le Mans. The M 2000 had been conceived!
In 2003, it would be followed by a little sister, the Norma M20. The M20's success (feel free to browse recent results below) catapulted Norma into the ranks of European leader: "The car costs about $126,000 ...and that's a top of the range machine. It's great fun to drive and for a 12 hour event it was effectively run by two mechanics. Fantastic value!" Tommy Erdos, dailysportscar.com, 31/12/2006) - "Notice the best of the Normas just behind the Maserati (€83,000 versus €1,000,000)" (Report from dailysportscar.com, 6 hours of Vallelunga 2006).
